3 months ago the social security administration changed its electronic log in system so you had to provide a cell phone number so they could send you a text message with new security code.
you would have to pay for text message fees.
it only accepted United States number formats, anyone living overseas now had no way of getting benefit information sending us back to snail mail correspondence.
I believe they changed it now but WTF?????
