Of course for free, or let me refraise that."its included" as they now redefine the description of your job. Also theres something mid span on either side your pole that needs addressing that is also included in your price. There is no limit to what people will add to your job if they can. Makes them feel like they are getting it done. And alot claim to be christians when they are really crooks!!!
Google the definitions for Insanity and the Kobayashi Maru (made up from StarTrek) . They are both very relative to your (and most of our) situations.
