When you say there were hacks building on the Google project, yet Google had a severe Mgr team checking every inch of the project yet Google changed the specs 4 times in 12 months...4 times. How can a contractor build like that when the new specs sat on the shelf for 4 months? The Leaders must coordinate the troops for the Army to fully cooperate.
I do not blame the contractors. I blame Google whom had millions liens right now.
