Google came in with a big head, arrogant and ignorant. They think they know all because they are Google.  They filled their offices with kids lying on couches Web camming with the person across from them. They set out to reinvent the wheel, only the one they made is square. I saw first hand the hacks they had build their plant. No regard to rules and guidelines when building out a pole. Not respecting clearances, and a whole host of install deficiencie. What a mess.
