Like Shane said, it's 250 loose tube. We use the Ilsintech Swift F1 splicer which is an all in one unit. You can order blocks that will fit whatever size you need. It strips the jumpers 900 jacket and fiber in one motion. It is a neat little splicer, that comes with a chest mounted holster and supply storage so you can use it on hooks or a ladder, weighs about 5 lbs. With this we don't have to carry the trihole stripper but they are good to have in case something goes south on you.
