well they"ve done it to me, just a little guy. 9000.00 in invoices at 60 days out and told to resubmit.been hear three and a half years and never had a problem with bear communications.we"ll see how long it takes to get retainage back from last year. inconsistant work, getting paid, and incompetance on ervin supervisors has broken me financially. just a word of warning to anyone coming to kc to work on project, im not the only one. when you get issued a weeks worth of work, only to find out upon arrival the works all ready completed not once, not twice but three times in three different fiberhoods, and the supervisor says oops, well google going to hear about it.
