I'm a prime and I agree. Jumping ship? That's bullshit! How about paying better than all the other primes and paying on time and listening when they are frustrated with the work enviroment. I invite people to check out the other primes on the project and make a good well informed decision to come on board with the prime of their choosing. Why not? I would rather have happy, satisfied workers, than demanding loyalties that may not be deserved. We are all in it to make money...not just the primes.
