Re: Excess 40 hrs pay-new rules NLRB $$

I know in Vegas they pay "hourly" plus production. It's not true hourly up to 40 it's a formula they use to calculate hours vs production. The only time the company pays out true hourly is over 40. When the works slow some companies just send techs home to offset the hours.
