I watch and wait,
Will this mean agricultural workers?  How will it affect members of a family business?
Will it end various bonus systems and sales commission incentives.

I never thought overtime pay made sense......paying fatigued workers to produce at their most unproductive time on a shift. AND the DOT hours of service for drivers and some others just about eliminate overtime except getting paid to sleep or something.

Others will love it.....cops.

It is a step in a good direction. Interesting to see how it turnsn out.
