In reality the cut fiber was caused buy the QC Contractor Q, they have been under investigation for several years by creating gigs so they can backcharge all of your retainage or last checks, you can always see the difference you are working out of a 25 year old bucket truck just scraping by and the QC guy from Q drives a Brand new truck that still have the options sticker in the window and he is drinking Starbucks Coffee while he is setting in the air condition with a pair of Binoculars, What a Life
