You can only be a shitty contractor for so long. I know there work is slow but I doubt they have been kicked out. Based on how bad they are screwing the subs I am just guessing they didn't get any other Google cities and are just milking the project out for all its worth. There job in SA is going no where either. Hopefully Bechtel will get them all, they can be a pain in the butt on safety stuff but at least they are a good company to work for.
