Why couldn't we implement 3.0 or 3.1 unless we removed our analog basic lineup, channels 2-22 ?
We are being told by our ISP that unles we convert our analogs to digital, then we cannot have more that 30mgps internet ? can I call BS on this or what ? Any thoughts before I get jammed up ?
