Find AT&T in your area. They bought DirecTV and are bringing installations in-house. I did DirecTV for years and found converting customers from DISH to DirecTV to be pretty simple but really good money. All the cabling was there. Also, they pay for sales. Visit the DISH customers you ran into who really did not like the program list...etc.
