I just read a job posting for a repair maintenance tech in Florida it was only paying $12 to $15 hr depending on experience, really is Florida still that cheap they expect guys with that kind of experience to work for $12 hr, that is a disgrace to all who have spent years learning their craft to get to that level. It's not 1990 Florida pay your people what their worth
i would be curious on the type of applicants they get for that money.
