seems to me a while back i posted about an article where comcast would guarentee install times within their time slots or give the customers 20 bucks back off the install and i indicated that the tech would pay that . I can see that has come to fruition. You cant predict what you might run into to slow you down and most of the installs dont even pay 20 bucks to do. And i can see the tech is now being charged the full amount for being late . Nothing ever changes and is the reason for high turn over and tech burn out leading to their low customer satisfaction ratings
