Be careful about this 1099 status - as if these personnel are required to show up at a certain time, meaning you have control on them, you just stepped one step closer to W2 classification is all.
Take care -- be careful and better you charge more and provide better service, than cheaper and not being able to afford the changes - as the only thing constant in this business - is change......
