It was a apartment  building  and the owner lives out of state.when you do cable disconnects you try to make contact with the  Tennant before proceeding  also you go survey the area to look for the best and safest way to get to the pole .then get your ladder of the truck.I was taking my ladder down and walking backwards in the tall grass when I tripped.the owner new there was tall grass and didn't mow it until after he found out someone got hurt out there.Thanks
