Thanks for the input. Yes we can prove the owner knew or should have known.the mowing company is willing to testify on my behalf.that Tha owner knew the high grass was thereand told him not to worry about it he didn't want to spend a few more dollars to mow it.The funny thing is I took pictures  of the vegetation  2 weeks after my injury and . miraculously a week after that it was completely mowed and manicured. With no evidence that tall grass was ever there.
