i fell your pain bro. No decent lineman out there anymore. Dopers and wannabees. Bill Fisher is a POS and will never work in anywhere I have been and I am in 42 years now as a contractor. Usually I can smell them but this one fooled me. Damn near lost the contract waiting on him. Good luck!
