Thanks for all the help guys. The problem seems to have stopped. One tech happened to see the power company working in the area and asked if there were any problems.
They said that a neutral had been touching a ground when the wind was blowing.
I don't know if that's what was causing Fuses to blow or not but they fixed their problem and I've only been back there once and it was a bad return pad in that same amp.
I'm out for a week but once I get back I might investigate more.
