The prime is S&N Communications who has formed a consorsium partnership with Bechtel for the Google work in North Carolina and Atlanta. I looked into it but they want to controll your company and people like you are all a direct employees of theirs. They have huge employee background check and pre employment/ random drug testing requirements. Way too much hastle and expence for the crappy prices they offer.
