Your setup is a Prime to sub to sub. Some MSO's dont like that and I would check into that. Also 5% aint going to cut it. If you are going to 1099 your guys which you should do make sure they have insurance and your company is listed as an additional insured. Also make sure you have their Workers Comp. If they have no W/C then at the end of the year your insurance will make you pay for the coverage. Is the two primes doing the same installs?  If so what would keep your guys working for them?
