In the " good ol days " we would where our hooks up to the door so as they knew we were not the marketing department so to speak. The gaffs made it easy to go over chain link fences as well.
Jones Intercable paid us 10 percent of what we colllected on top of our wage. - but keep in mind 90 day cable bill back then was close to $ 90.00....We had one guy who did exteremly well on non pays and I got his route when he became a car salesman, and he was telling everyone save your stamps - I will be out every three months to collect for free... those were the days....
