You can smoke pot in your home or a privet residence in DC.
You can not smoke outside in the yard or anywhere public.
Privet clubs can not allow pot to be smoked inside.
You can own 6 plants per adult in a house with a max of 12 plants.
You can carry up to one oz. of weed.
You can not sell, trade,or buy pot.
You can give or receive as a gift.
The law as usual for DC was written halfassed. They actually had to add an amendment to cover rolling papers and pipes, because they were still illegal.
