I can't understand why they are looking for splicers, I bet half of the cable dawgs in the country flocked to Colorado or Washington state for work after they legalized pot for recreational use.
Law enforcement there is complaining that they have to get all new police dogs that are trained to not sniff out pot during a search in order to avoid probable cause violations.
I can see it now, Drug dealer has a blunt behind his ear, gets pulled over for tail light out, police dog goes wild because of the blunt and the police finds a kilo of coke in the trunk, defense attorney gets case tossed because of illegal search and seizure.
And upon all of that You can now smoke pot in Washington, DC.
