you overlooked getting the 1.25 conduit thru the bores (if any)
also like to mention since its just 9000 feet you could subcontract it out (with approval) and your Sub has the EQ to plow and bore it @ 36" . you dont have to buy anything that way, or u could rent a badboy plow and buy a plow blade 4 it and do it yourself, or you could buy used equipment and roll the dice on it not breaking down on this project, good luck with it
oh ya, when u plow this duct in, do you pull the duct on the bottom of the plowblade or feed it thru the chute method ?
and if you put me in charge of this operation, i can call ditch witch, vermeer,case,straightline ect, and have them demo there directional drilling machines and see which unit goes the furthest and ill have 5000 feet of it done for free :)
