What the going rate for a fiber splicer

I need to set an hourly rate for  fiber splicers . Looking at 35 an hour. Is that in the  ball park? Looking for 2 houses an hour . 1 burn at the pole and 1 at the  pre mounted nid and do an OTDR test .
