Diesel in its raw state is cheaper to refine but all the additives they put in it and the fact that the demand for it is higher it will probably allways cost a bit more. And you would think since fuel is used in the tran sport of all good the price of every thing should come down.but if it's open playing games or isis selling oil dirt cheap we can rely on the fact it will go back up.
