I havent been in as long as you, I started subcontracting in 93. After military and college. I worked for Raco and Joe Potts when I wasn't in school around 89. Bet you knew Joe for sure. My dad was a UG contractor in the 70-80 then he went into engineering which he still does at 69.
But that is a true story about a small world, this I tell my sons all the time. Your name,health, drivers license , and religion are the most important things you have the most control over to do right by. Always being nice is a good idea
