I do not see a way to send attachments - not that odd as you never know on public sites what might get attached is all. I am not sure of the limit of text allowed, but you might be able to copy and paste your resume if last resort in this window. I would first copy it into a program such as notepad to kill any HTML code and then recopy and paste into this window.
Otherwise - reply to the add and ask for their email address if not shown so you can attach your resume.
