Don't know about a kit. Just use some D-Gel to get the icky-pic off. When I have a lot of wet fiber to do I strip the tubes off and put them in a quart sized bottle with some D-Gel and give it a little shake, let it sit a minute or two. Dry the fiber and get to splicing. Fiber-Clean Towelettes work good too. I get some stuff from these people http://www.fiberinstrumentsales.com/
