Make sure if you decide to use subcontractors, that you get a contract in place that they are self employed 1099 status and responsible for their insurance and apllicable taxes, so as not to look like they are indeed employees a few years ago if you are audited, as you would be held responsible for the FICA tax for that period if you do not put these measures in place day 1.
