As long as there are poeple willing to do it cheaper than go figure!
12 years ago it was Double time when you got called with benifets and we did not need to sign a waver for workers comp and had 4 good linemen on the job. I guess its all about how low are you willing to go and how bad you want to treat the ones that pay your way through life.
