Need optical power meter

Need an OPM to test SC/APC for 1310 1490 1550.  Are there any deals on them out there?  I see cheaps ones for SC - FC but I don't think they will do APC nor do they have an adapter.  They are priced at under $100.  The ones that I know and used are EXFO and JDSU which start at $350.  Any advice?
