I was getting 60/15 in 2000, but was inhouse with truck,gas card and materials furnished, i made great money then, now i think it is tiered and top inhouse with all furnished is around 34/8 low tier and 50/12 top teir, but don't quote me, this i was told by a tech i ran into a couple months ago. rates will never rise past the 65/15 inhouse again IMHO
