Yeah, the old timer standing in the lot talking about the old day's remembers what it was like when you had owners who gave a shit. What do you do about the guy standing around talking or the ones who's metric's are down? I know what you do, NOTHING! Because even at half production YOU still got a raise by fucking the worker by taking a higher percentage while lowering the price on the guy actually doing the work!
