U.S Sino Investment Inc, it's owner and the job site project mgr have been indited on charges of involuntary manslaugther after it's employee, Raul Zapa Mercado was working in a 12 deep trench, when it collapsed burying and killing him. Owner and Project were aware of the potential hazardous work condition when employee was sent into the trench without required safety trench box.
If you feel your being told to perform in an unsafe work condition, you have the right to deny the work without worry of being terminated. It's your life--just be safe.
