If your going to work in KC work for Ervin. They pay you in 7 days and are very organized . The work In KC is very labor intensive with all the vaults so have a good labor crew with you as there is no labor to be found in KC  . The compaies doing well there have a drillcrew supported by a missle crew or 2 .  You cant work past 5 pm in most areas and there is quite a bit of rocky areas . They have tons of work.
