The issue is the positive test is not an impairment test...I get home from work, spark one up...next morning on way to the job I cause a fender-bender...I get piss tested and it's positive...I wasn't driving impaired but I'm found guilty just the same...there's no real impairment test for reefer like there is for alcohol...
