Got a question for the people working in CO.
Now that weed is legal there how are companies that use to test for it dealing with it?
I know when I was still working for MSO's we lost some good workers when they tested hot for weed after minor accidents. Lost one guy because he drilled through a electric line that was behind the vinyl siding, people who just bought the house didn't even know it was there. He did $26.00 worth of damage, reported it was taken in for a test and was fired 2 days later when it came back hot. He wasn't under the influence at the time of the accident but he had been to a concert a few days before and had partaken.
Anyway what are the MSO's doing out there for it now? Do they still test for it?
Not that I'm planning to move out there I'm just curious.
