I was with Continental Cablevision back in 1981 when spliceco was contracted to splice the brand new sytems being built in the Cleveland area. US cable was the construction contractor run by 2 good guys. Cannot think of their names. Met a good friend there too who taught me alot about construction, thats when it was easy,strand, 750, and 500 cable. Miss those days. Continental was a very good company. They took very good care of their employee's and contractors. Not like today.
