there is only one way to handle scabs like this guy,and the best news is he lives in your town,so you wont burn much fuel delivering what he needs!!!
However,my dad used to say...if you knowingly lay down with a dog with fleas..you cannot be be shocked when you get bit!!....good luck delivering his "TOOLS"
