1 of my options would be consider that his qam channels running around 750 mhz be moved lower in the freq like 550 mhz and put the most unwatched TV proggys up there at 750 mhz,
yes, that means a change of the forward channel lineup , thats a hassle, but would repair the high end rolloff on his stretched out lines. were ya at with this concept ?
