Thanks for the input.  The more I crunch the numbers the more of a headache it looks like.  If I still had my trucks and equipment, maybe, but I sold out years ago.  Congrats on your lease, not a bad deal.  Next time hold out for 25%.  i'm not familiar about Ohio, but 25% is the average rate in west Texas.
