ATT looking at Direct TV

ATT is checking into the purchase of Direct TV, if finalized Direct TV 20 million subs and ATT 5.7 million TV subs would put them up around the 30 million ceiling to compete with Comcast and TWC.
Time will tell the story in regards to who will end up the as Top Dog.
