2013 was the 1st year this was enacted. I got more response from people in my new trade, than I got here...FINALLY, no matter how small, our efforts ARE RECOGNIZED...It's nice to feel appreciated...I can only ASSume the reason for 0 replies is that there are no linemen, real or even wanna-bes, here any longer. It seems it is all installer and satellite...
