ok, the further the signal goes down a cable the more loss occurs, the higher freqs (600 mhz and higher) lose more signal than the lower MHz, thus they would run a tilt and eq the forward signal to boost the higher MHz channels to compensate the loss going down the cable.
so its nature of the beast on higher channels losing more Db the further it goes, still might want to check last active before this problem, see if the tilt is correct , good luck
