Joel Pate was a field construction manager working hard to feed his family. He had no ties to the owners (wall st) other than his brother was the VP of ops. It was not their company nor their greed that burned so many vendors. They are honest, good people that got a bad name only because the true owners hid their faces and filled their pockets. Some names mentioned in this thread are spot on but you are wrong spreading the Pates name around!
