Here in Omaha your company has to be an approved vendor to get on base without an escort, Cox and Centurylink are approved and they have a number of employees with contractor badges which allows them entry without an escort or background check. They still have to do the vehicle search. DTV, not approved. Sponsor (customer) D.L. proof of insurance, registration, background check and vehicle search for pass to get on.
