Definitely a NO-NO. Cant hold equipment. Pay has nothing to do with it. If the tech felt that way, holding equipment will get him in deeper trouble. You have to go through the due process of law no matter what. Dept of labor, lawyers etc...Tantrums get you nowhere lol
